Hi all, since we are in MCO, we can't be eating out right now. We have been cook more and I am trying to eat healthy so that I can cut down my weight.
This is one of my favourite recipe as it is low carb and high fiber. It really helps my constipation problem and taste good too!
INGREDIENTS: • 2 ripe medium-size bananas • 1/2 cup almond butter w/o sugar (or other nut butter) • 1/4 cup water • 2 eggs • 1/2 cup sugar (If use nut butter with sugar, can adjust amount according to taste) • 2 and 1/4 cup oats • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1/4 teaspoon salt • Chocolate chips for garnish Place everything except the blueberries into a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, and garnish with chocolate chips. Bake in the oven for 180°C, 20 minutes.:)
